For most people who do not have the knowledge or do not have enough time for their financial planning, they may look for someone professional to handle the job.  But how can we tell if this person is performing what is expected from him?  If you would check on the Morningstar's Category Returns section and find out that you have gained or not, you will have an idea of your financial planner’s performances.  If this person is not providing what is necessary, you have to let him go and look for someone else.  Look for the right professional who can provide what you need.
