Wittrock in the role of chief investment officer for the West Des Moines-based company.  Mr. Wittrock is presently the head of research for Aviva Investors North America established in Des Moines.  Regarding his new role, Mr. Wittrock will be leading a fresh investment group inside Aviva USA in charge of handling the risk and investment outcomes of an almost $50 billion asset portfolio.  The company believes in the capability of Mr. Wittrock who had been a very valuable member of its committee and hopes him to serve the company for a longer time.
